how high can XRP go?
#1
Hey everyone ?
With the Ripple vs. SEC case finally approaching some closure and XRP back in the spotlight, I’ve been wondering — how high can XRP actually go in the next few years?
Some analysts are saying $2–$4 by 2025, others are much more bullish — calling for $5 or even $10+ if we get a solid bull run and Ripple keeps expanding globally.
Here are a few things I’ve been thinking about:
  • A win (or settlement) with the SEC could give XRP a major boost — especially if it leads to relisting on U.S. exchanges.
  • ? Ripple’s partnerships with banks and institutions keep growing — that real-world utility might push long-term demand.
  • ? Technically, XRP hasn’t even re-tested its ATH of $3.84 from 2018 yet.
  • ⚠️ But there’s still risk: regulations, market sentiment, and competition from other projects in cross-border payments (like Stellar, SWIFT on-chain, etc.)
So I’m curious…
What’s your realistic (and maybe your moonshot) price prediction for XRP in 2025 or even 2030?
Also, if you’ve got charts, sources, or just opinions — drop them in the thread. Let’s make this a good discussion for both newbies and long-time XRP holders.
Looking forward to hearing your takes ??

Great question — and a timely one, with the Ripple vs. SEC case seemingly nearing resolution. There’s definitely a lot to consider when trying to forecast XRP’s price trajectory, both short and long term. Here's my take:
? Realistic 2025 Outlook:
Assuming a favorable SEC outcome and relisting on major U.S. exchanges, I think a realistic range is $2–$5 by 2025. That’s contingent on broader market conditions (i.e., a bullish macro environment) and Ripple continuing to grow its institutional partnerships — which it's been doing steadily.

? Moonshot Scenario (2025–2030):
If we get a full-blown bull cycle, Ripple achieves major adoption in global payment corridors, and XRP gains regulatory clarity globally — then $10+ is possible. But that would require a near-perfect alignment of factors: strong utility-driven demand, market euphoria, and a clear moat over competitors like Stellar, SWIFT’s CBDC integrations, and other L1s targeting finance.

⚠️ Risks Still Exist:

Regulatory overhang (especially outside the U.S.)
Competition in the cross-border payment space
Token supply dynamics — still a significant portion of XRP is held by Ripple or locked in escrow
Market sentiment, which can be fickle even with fundamentals in place
? Technical View:
It’s true XRP hasn’t revisited its 2018 ATH ($3.84). If momentum builds, a re-test during the next cycle is plausible. If it breaks above that, price discovery could push it higher — but volume and broader market strength would need to back that move.
Final thoughts:
XRP is still one of the few large-cap cryptos with a strong institutional use case narrative. That gives it staying power — but price appreciation will depend heavily on utility adoption, not just hype.

Would love to see more TA charts and opinions in here — especially on how XRP might behave post-SEC resolution. Let’s keep the discussion going ?

i believe XRP could go up to $5 dollars by end of 2025.

In fact if you look at it, Nvidia already clocked a market cap of 4Trillion! why cant XRP do the same?

If XRP market is at 4Trillion, one XRP will be priced at $68!

Let see, Ripple has already applied for a bank charter or license in US! waiting for the news! finger crossed! i am sure its going to go up and up!

Haha love the optimism! ? $5 by end of 2025 would be awesome. I do agree if Ripple really secures that bank charter, it could be a big game-changer. But yeah, $68 XRP would mean a massive shift in the global financial system ? Still, who knows with crypto right? Let’s see how it plays out, fingers crossed! ?

With XRP - SEC case concluded, it is trending at $3.30! breaking this support should see the price go toward $3.60!

XRP price look manipulated! it is moving side way when ETH and SOL are reaching ALL TIME High! what is wrong with XRP? should we continue to load while it is at this price? or should we sell and wait for the price to be lowered!

I get the frustration, ETH and SOL hitting new highs while XRP drifts sideways does feel odd. But this isn’t necessarily manipulation... even if it looks like one.
Here’s what may be happening:

1. Macro headwinds. U.S. inflation remains high, weighing on crypto broadly. The Federal Reserve seems less likely to cut rates soon, which reduces speculative demand. XRP dipped ~0.7% recently amid this environment.

2. Key resistance testing. XRP has been consolidating between ~$3 and ~$3.4. Technical signals (like MACD) are turning bullish, but breaking the ~$3.6–$3.8 zone will require real volume.

3. Market structure dynamics. It’s possible whales or market makers are keeping XRP shackled by orchestrating stop hunts or using fake volume tactics. That said, definitive proof is tough though patterns suggest we should stay alert.

4. What could spark a breakout? If XRP clears resistance with renewed volume and regulatory clarity continues, projections range wildly ffrom $5–$10 in a bullish scenario to strategic charts calling for 333%+ moves in days (though that’s high-risk speculation).

Bottom line: Holding could make sense if you believe XRP’s real utility and adoption will eventually send it higher but patience is crucial. If you prefer reduced exposure while waiting for confirmation (like a breakout above $3.6–$4), that’s also a reasonable strategy.
