But others argue we’re just getting started — especially with things like:

• Central bank digital currencies (CBDCs)
  
• Growing use of crypto in places like Latin America and Africa

Great question there my friend! Whether crypto is still “early” or we’re “late to the party” depends a lot on perspective.

On one hand, mainstream adoption is accelerating. We can see big companies, institutional investors, and even some governments are embracing blockchain and digital assets. This signals we’re moving past the “early days” hype phase.

On the other hand, the technology is still evolving rapidly. Innovations like Ethereum 2.0, Layer 2 scaling, DeFi, NFTs, and Web3 infrastructure are just beginning to reshape the ecosystem. Many use cases and markets are still untapped or in infancy.

So, while the crypto party has definitely started and gotten bigger, there’s still plenty of room for growth, innovation, and new participants. For investors and developers, that means opportunity... but also a need to stay informed and agile as the space changes.

We’re not exactly at the start line anymore, but the race is far from over!
