ETH Technical Analysis, Charting
#1
With so much interest on ETH. think it will also be worth while to share some analysis on ETH.

Of course, this is not bible truth, read it, and observe, if i am accurate, just follow my post! Big Grin

Near-term support
  • $3,200–$3,100: recent shelf; losing this zone signals trend exhaustion, short-term downside bias.
  • $3,000 (psych level): strong demand historically; a clean daily close below opens up deeper pullback.
  • $2,850: next key downside magnet if $3,000 fails; aligns with May–Jun consolidation base.

Near-term resistance
  • $3,400–$3,550: first major supply; intraday sellers consistently showing up here.
  • $3,700: continuation level — reclaim with volume suggests bulls regaining momentum.
  • $3,900: key cap from early Aug; closing above here puts ATH retest back in play.

1) Defensive (protect capital)
  • If daily close < $3,000 → expect momentum sellers; consider trimming risk or hedging.
  • Re-evaluate near $2,850.
  • Invalidation: reclaim of $3,100 with strong volume.

2) Wait for confirmation (trend follower)
  • Stand aside until daily close ≥ $3,400 and ideally a push through $3,550.
  • Then consider a starter add with a stop back inside $3,300–$3,250.
  • First targets: $3,700 → $3,900.
3) Fade into support (aggressive)
  • Nibble near $3,200–$3,100 only if price stabilizes (tight ranges, waning sell volume).
  • Hard stop < $3,000.
  • Look to lighten up into $3,400–$3,550. If it rips, trail stops and let some ride toward $3,700–$3,900.
